I am passionate about providing an empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood for the person you truly are. Let's explore life's challenges, build resilience, and rediscover your inner strength. We can get through this together.
I understand that it takes courage to make the first step toward making positive changes in your life, and I'm so glad you are here.
Many of us experience times in our life when difficulties arise in our close relationships or with life transitions, stirring feelings of anxiety, sadness, and fear. It can feel isolating and daunting to carry this burden alone, and hard to imagine that things will ever change.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I have worked with countless others who have felt the same way, navigating some of life's most challenging moments — from anxiety and depression to trauma, grief, obsessive thoughts and rumination, and major life transitions. In order to honor that each person is an individual and may respond more positively to specific therapy modalities, I use an eclectic approach to treatment by incorporating psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic resourcing, and internal family systems. Together we will work to find the best treatment option for your specific needs. I look forward to walking beside you on this journey.
I work with individuals across a range of concerns, bringing evidence-based care and genuine compassion to every session.
Evidence-based strategies to calm your nervous system, manage overwhelming thoughts, and reclaim a sense of peace in daily life.
Gentle, trauma-informed care to help you process painful experiences, reduce their hold on your present, and find lasting healing.
Compassionate support to help you reconnect with meaning, rebuild motivation, and rediscover joy and energy in your life.
A safe and unhurried space to honor what you've loved, process what you've lost, and move forward at your own pace.
Navigate family dynamics, parenting challenges, and relationship difficulties with greater confidence and deeper connection.
Support through major changes, including the loss of a loved one or relationship, aging parents, marriage, becoming a parent, or relocation.
Every person who comes to me is an individual. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities and tailor my approach to what fits best for you, your history, and your goals.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership — collaborative, curious, and grounded in trust. You are the expert on your own life; I provide the tools, insight, and support.
Authenticity. I show up as my genuine self so you can too. Our sessions are a no-judgment zone where honesty is always welcome.
Kindness. Healing takes real courage. I meet every person with warmth and deep respect for the work it takes to grow.
Curiosity. I approach each session with genuine interest in understanding you — not just your symptoms, but your full story and lived experience.
Collaboration. Therapy is a collaboration of two people working towards the same goals.
Starting therapy can feel daunting. I've made it as easy as possible to take that first step.

We'll schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions, share what you're looking for, and see if we're a good fit.
If it feels right, we'll schedule your first session and start the real work — at a pace and in a direction that feels right for you.
