Warm, compassionate care

I understand that it takes courage to make the first step toward making positive changes in your life, and I'm so glad you are here.

Many of us experience times in our life when difficulties arise in our close relationships or with life transitions, stirring feelings of anxiety, sadness, and fear. It can feel isolating and daunting to carry this burden alone, and hard to imagine that things will ever change.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have worked with countless others who have felt the same way, navigating some of life's most challenging moments — from anxiety and depression to trauma, grief, obsessive thoughts and rumination, and major life transitions. In order to honor that each person is an individual and may respond more positively to specific therapy modalities, I use an eclectic approach to treatment by incorporating psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic resourcing, and internal family systems. Together we will work to find the best treatment option for your specific needs. I look forward to walking beside you on this journey.

Authenticity. I show up as my genuine self so you can too. Our sessions are a no-judgment zone where honesty is always welcome.

Kindness. Healing takes real courage. I meet every person with warmth and deep respect for the work it takes to grow.

Curiosity. I approach each session with genuine interest in understanding you — not just your symptoms, but your full story and lived experience.

Collaboration. Therapy is a collaboration of two people working towards the same goals.

Common questions

I am currently out-of-network with most insurance providers. However, I can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. I recommend calling your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage before our first session.
My standard session fee is $225 per 50-minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need financial flexibility. Please reach out to discuss what options may be available.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which helps build momentum and a strong therapeutic relationship. As you progress, we may shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions depending on your goals and needs.
Yes — I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Telehealth is available to clients located anywhere in New York State. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of online therapy, especially for busy schedules or when in-person visits aren't possible.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens — please just reach out as soon as you know you need to make a change.
Therapy can be helpful for anyone going through a difficult time — or simply wanting to understand themselves better and grow. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something just isn't working in your life, that's often enough. The best way to find out is to schedule a free consultation and we can talk it through together.
